So many firms, companies and individuals ask for references or testimonials to enhance their businesses,
because a recommendation, or a personal testimonial of performance is the surest and safest way for people to feel safe in accepting a quotation, or performance guarantee from a firm not personally known to them.
The other side of the coin is that giving a testimonial carries a responsibility, if it does not quite work out,
or if any downside in the performance happens in the supplying firm the testimonial looks less than fantastic, and more often than not the form giving the testimonial in good faith looks less than professional.
In the case of David McConnell of DMC computers I have no concerns at all in offering a testimonial, for the past three years, David has resurrected my companies dated computer system, built new specialised units and equipment, all of which most good I.T firms can do.
What makes DMC computers a winner from my point of view is that they
A) Fulfil a quotation to the letter.
B) Supply quality equipment.
C) Arrive on time for service work.
D) Don?t make hard work of anything they do.
E) And only charge the quoted cost.
